Return Window
Return requests must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.

Condition
Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and returned with all original tags attached.

All returns undergo inspection upon receipt. Items that show signs of wear, washing, perfume, staining, or damage will not be accepted, and will be returned to the customer at their cost.

What we offer
We offer exchanges or store credit only.
Refunds to the original payment method are not available.

Store credit or exchanges will be issued once the returned item has passed inspection.

Return shipping 
Return shipping is on us.
A complimentary pickup or prepaid return label will be arranged once your request has been approved.

Exclusions
Sale items are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

How to initiate a return
Please email us at hello@maisonboumi.com within 14 days of receiving your order, including your order number and reason for return.
